black 7thgen w/body kit at new england dragway tonight 9/30 ?????
anyone know who it was? i think they were maine plates but im not really sure of it. i was hopin theyre on here cus i wanted to know what was done to his car (that would add weight) cus i saw him run a 17.6 and my best (of the only 4 runs of my life) was 17.3, i know these numbers are high so i was hopin to figure out why hes as slow as me

If you have an Automatic transmission it will be slower, if you are running with rims on, it'll be slower, if you have a stereo (extra weight) it'll be slower. Every 100 pounds added to the weight of the car is approx. 1/10th of a second slower.
and 2+2 is 4 and the capitol of new york is new york city...................obviously everyone knows this, i was just wondering what the guy had done since theres various things that could be the reason.

^ F&*K lol oh well i dont know the capitol of ny but i already knew the stuff mystic was sayin, i didnt start the threda for someone to bash on a fellow civic owner for wondering why someone else was equally slow as me. i was just wondering what they did or if they were even on here.

Rep Power: 329 I'm not bashing, it's just kind of an obvious answer....you have rims and stereo stuff and you are slower than people that dont have those items. If you put 2 and 2 together, thats why you are slower. If the black 7thgen you saw at NED had the same stuff, that would be why he is just as slow....
