Everyone's invited. I only have room for two cars inside the garage, but there's more room outside on the driveway. If the weather is nice, then people can even work outside on their cars. If not, then we'll work on two cars inside the garage. If you haven't been to one of my install-fests yet, then come on down. All we do is basically try to install something, or maybe break something, or maybe even find something while tearing apart the car. hehe...
Day: This Sunday. 03/07/04
Time: Around noon time. 12:00PM
Where: Shrewsbury, MA (PM me for the exact address)
What to bring:
Nothing is necessary, as I have a ton of tools. Just bring whatever you have to install. Oh yeah, maybe something to snack on too? I don't know. Maybe we'll all go out to eat after we work up a sweat?
Any rules?
Nah, not really. It's a free for all. Turn my car into a Type-R (Rice); put some stickers on, make me a cardboard wing, etc. I don't care. No, j/k. Actually, just a few rules. Put tools back where you got them from. Um... Don't go in the house with your shoes on. Um... That's about it.
Brandon (Mystic3030) PM'de me about getting together to do his brakes. I hope that you can make it Brandon.
Joe (Joey_Zazza) also wanted to get together. I hope you can make it to this install-fest too.
I will be working on my car in my garage anyway, so show up if you can. PM me for my address, or to get my cell number.

I'm definitely in - I need to do something so simple, it'll blow your mind...install break pads lol - And this time, it's just the pads and not the damned rotors lol
Sunday is my day "off" so I'm free...wish this happened one weekend earlier, my car is sitting outside my house at 9999997 miles - would've been cool to just arrive and watch it roll over as I got to Meehow's place...

Jared: Come on down if you can dude. My Maggie loves RSX's. Especially blue ones. She'de get a kick out of seeing yours I think.
Phil: Brake pads are easy enough. Bring your impact screwdriver if you can. Brandon might need it to install his new brakes (that is if he gets them before the meet). Dude, Phil! A million miles? What!?
Sam: Yep. This Sunday. I wanna see your suspension again. I'm in the market for coilovers and I'm deciding betwean the Hayame and the Tein SS. Price is an issue as always, but so is durability. I wonder how yours are holding up?

okay, so I can't do math ya bastards...anyone who's ever had to pay a bill for a meal with me knows that one lol
Anywho, I'll look for that impact driver Meehow - I'm not quite sure where it is, but I think it's in the back of my car somewhere. I'll also bring along some of my PB Blaster to loosen any bolts or what should they be tizzle.

Sam: I can't tell what popped off of where? It kinda looks like the whole shock assembly went through the thing that holds it down. Hmm... I'de have to see it in person.
Keith: Pissah.
Phil: Wait, so you've got a hundred thoushand miles on your baby, right? That's a lot. I've only got 43,000 right now.

I'm gonna have to wait until your next install fest. I'm in the process of ordering parts... but when I get them, I'll be installing:
K&N FIPK II
DC Ceramic Header
Random Technology Hi Flow Cat
Thermal R&D Stealth Cat-back
Zex Wet Kit
... for starters

Well, maybe I've got a general understanding of how to install that too, but I wouldn't attempt it without a manual. Everything else is intuitive though. The Random Technology catalytic converter is something I'm interested in.

The nitrous oxide shouldn't be that hard at all either. The hardest part would just be running the lines, which would be no big deal (I already drilled through my firewall for all the wires from the E01.) And I know which wire is the TPS. I should have all the parts in 2-3 weeks I'd assume.

wish i could go. i have 2 rims that i have to bang out bends from...slight bends, but still.
grey...since youve done it, tell me if you think this wont work. im in the process of buying a set of body/fender hammers and dollies. there is a 2 sided hand dolly in the kit that has a rounded side. im gonna use that instead of manufacturing a curved rod (cause i cant even find a solid metal rod and i have nothing to curve it with...filing would take too long). and i was thinking of banging on it with a 3 or 4 lb sledge. is that too heavy? im gonna have a thick piece of leather under the dolly...like a tool belt type thick leather.
once the weather is a bit warmer i gotta bang out a dent in my left fender also. so the hammers will come in handy more than once.
what do you think?? will it work?
