Headlight problem

hey guys.. i posted this in the problem forum, but i wanted to post here too since you guys are in the area and can help alittle more..

okie.. I installed my blackheadlights today that i bought off a member here.
well, the main socket to put the h4 bulb doesnt have the steel bracket bar to hold it in.. do I just put the condom like thing over it and leave it?? also.. the driver side blinker socket wont screw in to place.. its soo loose and now its starting to fog.. but the passenger doesnt. its snugg.. same deal with the parking lights.. its not foging up alot but near the bottem.. any suggestions??

these are the Black/gunmetal headlights...not to be confused with any other..

ohh, my god. They are aimed sooo high!! I can see the highway signs soo well, but the road is pitch black.. haha it was worst on the way home cuz its all foggy out and I take back roads home.

Personally, I had a pair of those Matrix black headlights(rip off of TYC Black headlights), and I sold them to a friend for 80 bucks cuz they are just crap, leaked didn't hold the light socket. So i got the TYC projectors, I would advise u to get those man, I have not regretted it!
