Heads up, Derrick informed me a couple hours ago that he's not going to be able to make it. I'm still meeting up with sam (jared too I believe). Derrick also gave me cash to buy the buns tomorrow morning so don't worry about his share in the meet.

The first 2 hours were kinda slow. People showed up late as the day progressed. We started working on our cars at about 1-1:30. After Keith showed up we were all ready to eat but he had to split real quick to get the hamburgers. Kevin showed up at that time. Almost everyone ended up making it. Our conversation while we were eating was probably the funniest thing anyone's ever experienced (soda went through noses lol). From lunch on we worked on cars. JSwhaler fixed his speaker rattle and added some weather stripping to his rear decklid. I started figuring out, along with the help of Keith, what I needed to go buy for the installation of my boost gauge. I took off after a while. Sam was installing FatMat, Jared helped do the trunk while Sam did the driver door, Keith jumped in and did the passenger door. I went around multiple places to find the fittings I needed for my Vacuum line (Thanks Josh for lending me your vacuum hose!). When I got back Phil's car was done. Josh finished his. I was pretty much all that was left, Sam and Jared had already left. Keith helped me snake the boost line into the engine bay. After cutting, clamping, and sealing, the T-fitting was done. Josh helped me rewire everything while people started to head inside. We finsihed, the gauges work and the boost line is done. We also had some fun blowing speakers with Brandon's system (4 of them! - they had no chance). We ate soem ice cream and ended up watching Mischief Destroy. The night ended around 1-1:30. That was probably one of my favorite meets, can't wait for the next local meet.

Two words describe the meet: UBER PISSAH!!!
Sue and I had a great time too... Had to be one of the better meets we've had in a while.... We laughed quite a bit.... Nice to meet Josh, hope you can make it to another one....
It was pretty damn kewl having most of the Custom Concept crew all together again, enjoying what we made the group for in the first place: Cars, Civics, and a good time....
Thanks to Brandon especially for supplying the meeting place.....

Aye. It was a good meet. I decided to take the 'scenic route' to and from Brandon's though.
We figured out how to remove a sedan's rear door panel.
Got most of my dent popped out. Its still there but less noticable at least. And it was good meeting Josh and seeing the rest of the crew.

Such a good meet...and the food was superb! heheheh
Glad to get the speakers in my door - took no time at all, much to Brandon's chagrin - gotta love 6th gens for speaker installs! The rear deck is a pain though, so glad we didn't have to dive into that.
Also happy that we found out I didn't have a problem with my cat...that problem will be fixed shortly!

lol you're nuts Triple Thick...
Speakers are nice, but I need some boom boom in the back to balance it out...my bass dropped considerably when I had the new speaks in.
But that should be remedied next week
