Florida emmisions
I was wondering if anyone was thinking about doing something crazy with their cars due to the fact that we have no emmisions? it really opens the door for a lot of things that aren't exactly "street legal" due to carb exemption and the like. any thoughts? opinions?
Well, you could go straight pipes, but we would actually lose power. There really isn't anything we can do anyway with OBDII because we don't have the system over ride capability yet. Waiting for someone in the aftermarket to take care of that.
Ok i didnt mean THAT much. You do have to be smart about it. My point was that most "bolt on" turbo kits are made to meet emissions requirements(especially California's laws), and we don't have to meet ULEV requirements, so we could probably get quite a bit more power with a custom made kit.
