Angry Leith Honda

anybody here gets service at Leith Honda in raleigh,nc?
if anyone does, how do u think about their service?
i think i saw some thread saying they are nice..

HOWEVER

i went to dealer cuz i got some problems but they said those are all normal..
so i went to dealer again with those TSB's
my problems are..

-clicking sound when depressing clutch pedal
-dashboard, rear deck, and door pannels rattle (not always tho..but still shes 1month old!!)
-weird sound when accelerating or when the car is decelerating without brake and with clutch all the way in..especially at 1st gear..
-stiff shifter going into 2nd and 5th, especially 2nd..

i cant speak english well but i explained it as the best as i can..
one of the service man told me those are the characteristics of civics which are normal..
so i said how could the problems be normal..then he said.......why cant be normal..lol
i was almost to kick his *****..damn fvcker..

i showed him a TSB about that clutch noise..he laughed at it..
he said it was about squeaking noise not clicking..and he explained me why it makes noise which i already kno and i want him to kno..why does he think its normal even tho he knows it..
i tried to make him fix at least one or two of them..
but fvcking language problem!!
sadness of ESL(english as second language) ppl..

how can i make them fix it?
even TSB didnt work..
they try to explain me they are normal and i cant even argue about what they say cuz of english..

They should have at least checked ur clutch out regardless. I work for Honda and have seen the TSB listed on the HOnda Interactive that us dealers use, but I havent read it so I dunno exactly what it says. That new of a car they should fix that stuff anyways. And I believe I have seen something about some of those rattles that you speak of, Ill check for sure on Monday for you when I can access the site. The best advice Icould give you is take someone you know who can speak good English with you and have them explain the problems. If that fails talk to the service manager or even ur salesman might be able to help you. Dont take thier ****, they know that there is a service update and they should do it.

Dude thats seriously FVCKED UP!!! So Basically sounds like they are taking advantage of your english not being so good and brushing you off. But like Civic2k2 make them fix it!!!
