I purchased a dashcam with 3 wire hardwiring kit. The A129 Duo camera works great when on the cigarette lighter. I am trying to install the hard wiring kit. I am using Bussmann HHLP ATM-LP Add- a-circuit taps (mini low profile) to add connect to the fuse box with 5 amp fuses for the dashcam. I tested the slots to make sure they were hot and to identify the Acc and always on. The Add- a-circuit taps don't work and almost seems like they don't push into the fuse slot far enough. Has anyone had the same problem. Any suggestions

Used a fuse tap for my dashcam install. Haven't had any issues for over 3 years so far
