I have a black 2017 EX-T that eventually I plan on having everything blacked out. Do you guys think black or brass/gold painted rims would look better with this setup? Thanks for info.
Re: Opinion: Black rims vs Brass/Gold painted rims
I saw a black 10thgen sedan with bronze wheels. Looked reaaaaaaal good. I'm planning on getting bronze for my PMM hatch. If you wanna black everything out, though, black on black on black
Re: Opinion: Black rims vs Brass/Gold painted rims
fr tho, if you go black on black, you gotta black out the grille and window trim, too, if it's not already. Can't ruin the look with chrome accents, other than like.. headlights.
Re: Opinion: Black rims vs Brass/Gold painted rims
Since you have the stickers on the side the brass/gold would look good. Like Josh said you have to go all out if you do the blacked out theme. It's obviously your car and you can do what you want but to really sell the black out theme there can't be any color, except maybe a brake caliper. Smoke/black out the side blinker too.
10th gens look great all blacked out...super stealth.

Thanks for the input mate, around tax time I may pull the trigger on it.
I'm a New Orleans Saints fan so the black and gold works out regardless.
sure you don't wanna go with something wider? I'm personally looking at 18x8.5 or 18x9.5 myself. Funny you mention sports team color scheme. Mine wasn't intentional, but my color scheme just so happened to match up with primarily vegas golden knights (huge fan ever since they started since it's the first true pro team we got, plus they kick major ***) colors, which can also kinda line up with 49ers and iron man. lol.
edit: here are the rims I'm looking at getting. OptionLab R716. Thinking about 18x8.5 et45 or 18x9.5 et35, def in that bronze color. If they had an 18x8.5 et35, I'd be on that like white on rice
and the picture that inspired my choice. On second though, definitely bronze on black. Don't murder it out.

Those look sexy!!! They would look great but as mentioned maybe a little wider.
Those wheels riceboy posted are sexy too. They look awesome on the 10th gen.
Is the car lowered? If not I would highly recommend it. I always think a car looks better with stock wheels lowered then on aftermarket wheels not lowered (says the guy with aftermarket wheels and stock height car )

Dude, I told myself I was gonna keep this one stock. Ask @sdaidoji , he's heard me swear up and down that I was gonna do it. I know you've seen my build thread and the evolution of Miyuki. People like us, we can't stop tinkering. lol

TBH, haven't been a fan of any aftermarket lighting assemblies out there yet. LED reflector replacements on the hatches, tail light assemblies for the hatches, front or rear fake vent replacements for coupe/sedans. That's just my personal opinion, though. It's your car, if you like it, bite the bullet

I just sold some NVGs so I've got some extra cash laying about. Might just do it.

They are some cheap ones I got on ebay. Gonna replace them with something nicer soon. Smoked marker lights and Reverse bulbs came in today, will try to mount them tomorrow.
