Wow... mountains? What're those? The midwest is not a very mountainous area. Not to be mean, but its like going to the arctic ocean and asking is theres anyplace that has a dry heat. And the highway is the only real cruising thing we have. Unless you wanna cruise around a particular town. But the roads are all so bad that its scary to drive if you've got rims or a kit.
