Since I'm from St. Joke, where around KC would you guys recommend I go for parts, mods, etc? Until now I always buy online and have had a friend help with the work, I'm a computer geek, not so good with getting the stuff onto the car, usually lose my patience. But that friend screwed me on some stuff so now I've got to find someone else to start helping me. Any suggestions? And again, where should I go for parts?

you can go to kc trends down on johnson drive and nieman or tokyo image on 87th next to the central johnson county library. If you want I would do it for you if it is audio or multimedia related.(i use to be an installer at kc trends and circuit city. Im also MECP certified, or any of the guys on this board like subrage or eliteimports will help you). Anyway any of those places would do it and im sure theres more little shops around, but im not sure where cuz i usually buy online and install myself.

cool. I appreciate it! I already got my amp and rear speakers installed but I'll be getting new front speakers and a head unit sometime. anyway, regardless, I'll let ya know if I need any help with anything! I hate being useless so I of course will try anything myself first unless I think I'll permanantly/majorly screw up my car.
