anyone wanna go to great lakes dragway in the next couple of weeks? looking at maybe a friday night or wednesday night. it would be nice to have a whole bunch of 7th gens getting together at the track. let me know if anyone is down to do this. its 25 bucks to race and if you wanna just go and watch it cost 12 bucks.

I was at great lakes last night. It was fun, couple of imports, mostly domestics. I ran my car for the first time, hit 17.4 @ 80.73mph. Just wanted to see where my car stands, plus it was my first time running on the track, you kind of get nervous. Reaction time was .472. I'm sure with better R/T I couldve gone down to high 16's. All in all, it was a fun night.

nice. we should all get together at the track for like a 7th gen outing. I dont think that reaction time plays a really big role in getting a better time. I think it all depends on your 60' time. if you can drop it to a 2.4 u should be around a 16.5. i was able to get mine to a 2.2 and i managed a 14.7 with nitrous.

I'm definetly up for it, for a 7th gen meet at the track in upcoming 2-3 weeks. I think we should start planning ahead and give everybody 'nuff time to schedule. I dunno when does track close so somebody should definetly look into this. Once again, I'm 4 it.

they got open racing on tuesday, wednesday, and friday. usually open from 4-11. cost is usually like 25 bucks.
