Hey everyone, I have access to a 2000 civic si, and had a questions to ask before I buy it.

There is an import face-off at the local track in 2 weeks, and me and a good friend of mine want to go. This will be the first chance we will have to race each other, and I want to know what mods I need to run with him. He drives a 2003 Honda s2000. He has an invidia exhaust and test pipe instead of a cat.

Short of boosting it and doing an engine swap, what's gonna be my best bet? I know the si is lighter, so would I/H/E new cams and a tune be enough? If not, what else would I need to make up the difference but not cost a fortune and keep the car reliable?
