I think he wants to know if someone on the forum has the TSP pulley. Of course, I had to read both posts over a few times before I came to that conclusion.

Well you see it will work on your car, but there are a few things about it... #1 your tires will probably loose pressure after 2 or 3 days. #2 your miles per gallon will decrease by about 10-13, and #3 sometimes your brakes will fail, but it's not very common. But good luck!

Read thread title before posting. Lots of threads are this way. ": New TSP- Crank Pulley"

If you go to the link it's Tornactive, and it lists 01 up Civic 1.7 SOHC, so ask Rob if it works.

I don't understand. How would changing a crank pully cause your tires to lose pressure?

I don't think people should be making jokes about that sort of thing.

An underdrive pulley could affect your power brakes, and could also affect your gas mileags. Not to mention your air conditoner and alternator/battery charging system, and maybe even your headlights. That's no joke.

Ok, Ok sorry everyone! it was just a joke aimed at the person who started the thread who has asked the same question in 5 different forums. It OBVIOUSLY will not affect your tire pressure, you will OBVIOUSLY not lose 10-13 miles per gallon, and as for your brakes "FAILING" im pretty sure that is an obvious one also. as you state bartkat that it can affect your power brakes, im sure it will not cause them to "fail", if it did affect them at all it would be minor. So much for making a joke here eh? Man, noone has a sense of humor these days...

I guess an underdrive pulley would help squeeze the last bit of power out of a full house engine, but then you'd already be running without most of the accessories anyway.

OK, this is not a joke. Does anyone know if the AEM True Pulleys, supplied with the belts that AEM send with them, will work with this lower crank pulley. I plan to get the AEM pulleys but want to make sure all grooves match. I would really hate to get on the track to show off and then all of a sudden smack somebody with the belts after they just ripped off my crank . Although, that would be pretty damn hilarious . Well, if any one finds out, please email me, I would highly appreciate it or atleast add it to this thread or make a new thread explaining it.
Thanks,
Crackerman
