Rep Power: 0 I'd get the JET plug in chip - not the reprogrammed ECU. The chip advances timing and reprograms fuel/air maps. This method has been known to increase Hp in applications like this by 10 hp. While I haven't seen any dyno charts, most people say they can feel the difference. If they aren't just thinking they feel it, that translates into a good 10 hp which can be felt by the *** dyno. I think I would like to get this product.
Exhaust is also a good product, but more hp is probably obtainable through a chip. The hp is also gained all throughout the powerband, not just on top. When in doubt - get both
This is just what I would do though - choose wisely my son

Rep Power: 325 Exhaust with custom piping. And drop!
Muffler on eBay = $79 (approx)
Custom piping = $100 (approx)
Decent spring (i.e. Goldline) = $120 (approx)
Total = $299

Rep Power: 0 you will not notice any performance difference with the magnaflow. i would link you to my review but the mods took it off for some reason. prolly cuz i gave magnaflow a bad review.

Rep Power: 0 i originally had the magnaflow..after realizing that the exhaust was cheaply priced for a reason i bought the thermal r&d stealth..the thermal was alright but didnt give the exhaust tone i was looking for..so i bought the dc tcs. i know a lot of people that dont feel like they should have to pay $500-600 for an exhaust..so they dont. i jus laugh cuz i feel my investment was well worth it..
so save ur $$ and buy a better exhaust(ie: dynomax, greddy, dc sports, skunk2, etc.)

Rep Power: 0 well i guess i'll get a apexi n1 muffler with the silencer and do a custom piping then or maybe even the greddy evo. about the jet chip, wouldn't that make my car not pass smog? what about the uni chip? can the jet chip be taken out if i want it to and put back in? what about the unorthodox pulley set?

Rep Power: 0 I haven't heard about the uni chip (got a link?) The JET V-force is an add on and can be turned off.
Quote from www.jetchip.com - about the V-force power control module -
The JET V-Force Power Control Modules (PCM) uses the same computer tuning technology found in JET's popular domestic tuning products. A 20Mhz RISC microprocessor optimizes the ignition spark advance and recalibrates the fuel map for optimum horsepower and acceleration.
It runs for $240 on the web site.
I feel pretty confident about this product from what it does and the testimonials on this web site (search and read some) - I plan on buying it.
Its great that you can turn it off too so you can pass emissions. You may need to run premium gas when using it though because of the advanced ignition - You may want to e-mail them and ask.
You aren't going to see the amount of power from the pulley set as you will this product.

Rep Power: 0 I'm interested in the installation myself, I just e-mailed them. There is a possibility of splicing wires and I don't like the sound of that either, but if it's not too tough its definitely worth a 10 hp gain. If they're smart it'll be a plug that fits between the original wiring harness plug and the ECU. I dunno if there's room to fit something in there.
The exhaust is more likely to be an easier install if you have to splice wires for the jet v-force. Unless there are some super rusted bolts! But that's nothin if you know how to use WD-40 and a propane torch!
