So, i have a 2002 honda civic LX 4DR, and i dont have all that much extra cash laying around to put into my car. And if im honest, the stock exhaust isnt exactly impressive. But ive got a friend with a mk4 jetta, and he had done something known as the "swiss cheese mod", which if you dont know, is bassicly taking off your airbox, and drilling holes in the bottom of it. It gives a fantastic low sound in his car, so i thought i would do it myself! i found out that my airbox is well.. huge. And the easiet way of doing this was to take of the middle tubing , leaving a direct hole hole directly below the filter. We took it for a drive, and it gave an unbelievable sound, it was super low and very loud. Ill post some pictures tomorrow, but just thought i would let you guys know of a cheap and easy way to get quite a nice sound!
