i am not clear on what the difference is between my stock manifold, pictured here

and a random header that i found online, here

They look exactly the same yet the second one states that their headers are not legal for street use, but is this really true since it doesnt require that i modify my emissions system?

but installing these would require me to relocate my cat and my o2 sensor, located on the collector. I have heard that extending the wires of the o2 sensor can cause MIL because the extra wire creates higher resistance.

Basically, my question is: 1. will installing the hedman that i linked to above give me any difference in performance, noise, and heat (or be illegal)? And 2. will installing the megan be illegal for street use since the cat is moved, and would i have to worry about throwing a code for my o2 sensor?
