Well, some of u know I been lookin' for a stock cat converter for the longest, so I said fukk it, and ended up getting me a Random Tech High Flow Cat thru Dezod!! Might as well put the best damn cat made for our car ON our car...I should now be able to pass smog...just thought i'd filll u guys in!!

Aight...got the kit last week on Friday morning...of course I had to slap it on without the instructions....everything was easy xcept for the rear lip..it was a TIGHT fit..just wonderin' if anyone has had problems with the rear lip, let me know...side skirts and front lip were easy. I'm waitin' on my Random Tech Cat to come in today....hope it shows up in time cuz my car is runnin on expired tags! i need to get this biotch smogged! n-e wayz, here are just 3 pics...i'll post more at night! peace bitches!

I don't know man. You rear bumper looks way jacked up in the air with that sideskirt and rear lip combo. I like the front lip though.

tint first, then drop....i'm waitin to save 4 sum Kyb Agx's!...the chemistry of the body should flow well once it is dropped...i have some skunk 2 springs that have been in the closet for half a year...

i got the aero kit too, but for an 04 and the rear was easy to put on except the fact i had to lower my exhaust so it wouldnt melt it

it is nice man you will like it, i had one on for a while but it got too loud for the wifey, so i put it back to stock. the throttle response with a cat back and header is great, but you WILL LOSE some bottom end, then again youll gain about 3whp top end. this is another reason i went back to stock, i spent damn near $1200 on everything including the parts to extend the o2 wires. mine was a lx to ex conversion

the reason the headlights look sweet kuz they are aftermarket headlights..DEPO makes them...they look clean when u put an amber turn signal in them...thanks for the compliments man..i'm glad i can be somewhat of an inspiration..

I think the front OEM lip goes well with the Aero skirts, but the rear OEM lip just looks out of place. Just my opinion. If you like it; cool.

As for the rear OEM lip, yeah it was a tight fit for me too. I had to stretch that sucker on there. LOL Not too bad, but since it is OEM, I expected better fitment. The OEM skirts and lip were easy and fitment was really good.

I agree. I like the aero sides, but the rear looks way too short. Are the aero rears longer than the OEM one?

alrite...so today i had the cat installed...then took it to a smog shop...and i passed!!! damn, i haven't been excited like this in a while...i did notice some good backpressure when i pushed on the gas pedal...feels real smooth and like the rest of the peeps who got the random tech cat, mine rattles as well, not often though. my configuration is:
ceramic dc header (carb legal)
k&n fipk II (carb legal)
random tech cat (carb legal)
and stock exhaust...that setup will definitely pass smog in cali! i'mma go have me a beer right now =)

the car may be hitting the sway bar that is the reason for the rattle. i fixed mine and it never rattled
