AEM Cam Gear

Does the AEM Cam Gear give you more HP or not? Does anybody know

Yes, but you'll have to go on a dyno to really see it. We're talking 1-2 hp at most if your stock. But it's more necessary if your modded with internals such as camshafts and such. Hope that helps.

Well i mean i have cold air, header, and full exhaust so i shold get alittle more that 1-2 hp right?

Talk to Gearbox... he made a couple hp with his cam gear by retarding the timing a bit. I say your better off with a VAFC2 if anything but you'll still need a dyno to see where you can make hp.

i gained 2whp tuning the cam gear on the dyno with I/H/E, ported head, vafcII, ported TB.
