nto sure if that the exact header ive got, but i have a chrome hp racing header, and i love it. coupled iwth a hi-flo cat and 2.25" exhaust, it opens up the exhaust system big time. and i did note some gains with it, but i dunno about 7-8whp just from the header.
edit: o, there were no o2 sensor sockets on hte header, they were both on the catalytic converter

i have it myself watch out for the header hitting the subframe .... its annoying and vibrates the car a lot i read on here that a lot of people cut into their subframes as i just filed down necessary amount to fit the header in properly ... DO NOT CUT YOUR MOTOR MOUNTS like the DIY says ... trust overall its a good header and cat combo just too much work IMO but i did get extra ponies
