will a stock lx exhaust fit on an ex

well im gettin tired of my custom catback (also known as the ricer back to me and my friends) and my buddy told me about a guy whod be interested in trading his stock exhaust for my ricerback. now heres the question his is an lx sedan where as mine is an ex sedan. will it fit? i did search and i couldnt really find anything

simo is an unknown quantity at this point
no it will not fit. if he takes your exahust system, he'll have to get it welded on. because the exhaust system is different from dx/lx to ex. dx/lx pipe is longer.

Also the ex cat. convert. is located under the car, but the lx cat. is located right under the header in the engine bay. So there is no way it would fit right.

But, if you really wanted to do it it could be done. It would just take alot of welding and fabrication to both exahusts. Probably not the best way to go, but it might be cheaper than buying a whole new exahust system.

eh if anything ill just break down and get a nice aftermarket one im gonna wait a few more days and then im gonna post here in the ohio thread maybe get on ohiohondas also idk im sure ill find someone its just gonna be a temporary fix cause i hate getting hassled by the cops in my town
