I can only comment on the 3/4 point difference.
If you use the seat belt bolts for the rear seats, a 3 point harness is easier to install. If you get a 4 point harness you have a bit more work to do, but you can probably still mount both of the 2 rear points back there.

I got those on my Corbeau seats. and you don't need harness bar.
They bolt on stock seat belt locations.
2 on rear and 2 front.

^^^ What he said, hell get some Takata Belts, they are going for pretty cheap now days, you can pick up a harness for around $300-$350 now, they used to be $475. Do a 4 point too, all Takata belts are 3", you can do a harness bar and still get people in but your passengers are going to hate you. There is no getting around making people climb under or something like that. You either want the belts and people will suffer or not. You pick. heh

well i got the Sparco 4pt. and for anyone getting into therear of my coupe is funny, the seats are a quick recline so they can only go through the center console area. if i had a sparco bar, no-one would get in my carr. i installed mine to the rear seat bolts under the rear seats. and for the front, to my old seat belt bracket on the side and in the middle at the base of the seat.(but i dont think it's too safe????)
