Are Megan racing exhaust for the 2001 honda civic ex street legal?

I don't wanna be rejected by the state registration in NH.

do they bolt on from the cat down?

also depends on the state. some states has the decibel (sp?) limit, and some states like NY, ANY exhaust modification from OE is illegal.
