AEM CAM GEAR to do or not to do

I have a few questions about the AEM Adj. Cam Gear. Is it worth it, i mean how much hp/tq can you get out of a cam gear on a D17 with just a CAI, and Full Exhaust? And how much of a bitch is it to install? Opinions?

It is only worth it if you want every last pinch of hp. gains are gonna be 3 hp max. on a stock cam.

it's not worth it with your current set up.... also you'll need to bring your car to someone to set it right.
