Im looking to get a GReaddy Evo2 Exhaust but I dont want to buy the whole Cat-Back, I just need the tip. Does anyone know where I can just buy the tip, cuz I cant find it anywhere...... Thxx

Nowhere. They dont just make the muffler. Your best bet is a knock off. Ebay, fool!

Damn really? Well I just found out that my friends girl has a 05 RSX-S and she has a GReaddy Evo2 Exhaust and she got in a wreck and the muffler tip is find but the pipe behind the axel is bent and she might sell me it for $75. Only thing is that the tip of the muffler is a lil scrached from it scrapin the ground after the wreck..

So what you can buff that **** out! 75$ SON YOU BETTER JUMP ON THAT. Cheap muffler shop mufflers run 100 dollars or more. You will never find another authentic GReddy Evo2 exhaust muffler. TRUST ME. Buy it.

What does is sound like on our cars? I herd hers tonight and it sounds sooo good, it sounds like I cant explane but I love it so much! But will it sould the same on a civic? I mean its on a RSX-S so idk...

Well see, the way the exhaust sound works as you know is the exhaust (a gas) being blown through the muffler (an instrument that muffles). So basically the more exhaust gas (also known as an emission) you have to blow the louder it can become. Unfortuneatly for us, 7th Gens come equipped with those nifty little stickers on the back windows that reads ULEV. (mine does, anyway) Roughly translated and unencrypted that means: ULTRA LOW EMISSIONS vehicle. So cuz our motors dont produce many emissions, no exhaust we put on it is that loud. Unless you get a 4-2-1 Header, hollow your cat and/or have straight pipes... Answer your question? haha.

Well I just got a 4-1 race header and a cat-less test pipe, im gunna be putin it on sometime this week, and i have a $10 muffler tip from ebay on now with 2.25" pipein from the cat back. people say it will sound the same. if she desides she REALLY gunna sell it ill guy it cuz its only $75 and if i dont like it i will get a new one, witch i douht i wont cuz everyone that has on loves it and say it sounds nice.. its the best soundin muffler i have ever herd

Bro that header and test pipe is gonna give you a deep weed eating sound. The muffler is going to amplify it and if you get after market intake its going to add a bowl sound cuz you take the stock intake baffle off. You know the sound" "Booooooowwwwwlllll" haha. It'll sound great dude. Nothing like a v8 but definitely an ear grabber.

^^^^^ughhhhhh yea the greddy evo 2 is pretty loud, it has a nice deep tone to it, some people say its just right and some say its too loud, it really depends on what you want, i have the skunk 2 megapower with stock header and downpipe and that thing is LOUD but deep and a great tone, the skunk 2 is the loudest exhaust you can get for the civic from what ive heard, other than custom ways im sure. but yea you dont need headers to make your exhaust loud, but it does make it a little louder if you put them on

the evo2 isnt really that loud. i think that its perfect. its only loud when i floor it. and there are definatley exhaust that are louder.

well i already have an AEMv2 CAI.... well once i put the header and cat-less test pipe on ill decide if i like it with the cheap a$$$ ebay muffler tip. if i dont ill buy hers, or ill just buy a cat back evo2...

you keep calling it a muffler tip. are you just going to run a tip or a whole muffler. a tip with no muffler is going to be LOUD as shyt and raspy as all hell. here is a video clip of a run i did. my combo is a dc 4-1 header, random tech cat pipe, and greddy evo 2

greddy's canister is kinda weird. you know how when its cold everyone has smoke coming from the back of their cars from their exhausts? well, with mine (greddy evo II also), it just sits in there like its not letting the car breath well or something. but hey, its quiet as hell at idle and i think thats why its like that.

I don't even like GReddy canister nor the sound of the EVO that much. They do not sell a universal muffler. We have some real nice affordable ones:

hmm...buy it if its only 75 bucks. but the greddy exhaust on our cars sound like ****. plus the canister is way to big. you'll probably scrape on every speed bump you go through. but if you want it then get it. and get a custom exhaust piping. 2.25 inch mendral bent.
