custom exhaust

im making a custom exhaust that comes out on the side. i have the pipe going from the header, but that sounded really bad, and i think i need to put something on it to make it not so nasty, i was thinking maybe a cherry bomb or something along that line, i want it to be loud but not sound like a disel truck going down the road when i push the gas.

try a resonator from allied exhaust. Theyre cheap and work pretty well.

i have a 24" resonator (2.5" dia) from them and a matrix 2.5" muffler, and my car is silent.
