I just installed the HP header on my car, it was on the frame but we just heated the header itself and bent it back so it wasn't touching anymore.

i didnt have it dyno'd so i cant tell you exact #'s and i also did a exedy clutch and streetlite flywheel the day before i installed the exhaust. but i would say i probably gained about 7-10whp from the complete exhaust set up. the combo of parts i put on really woke her up. i am very happy with the set up i am running right now
