Help with Revo Install

Ok, removing the center console was easy. Removing the first metal clip holding the primary arm *thingy* was easy. However, I cannot figure out how to remove the plastic clip holding the secondary arm *thingy*.

I am quite disappointed with the instructions that came with the Revo. I dont have a clue what the pictures are. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
