dx cat to high flow cat question

Ok, i have an 01 dx coupe currently w/ dx header/cat - full Thermal R&D catback exhaust and k&n short ram intake. The sound is great, you can barely here the exhaust you actually hear the intake louder than the exhaust. I am guessing this is because i have a dx header with the cat right on the header.

My question is, how much louder would it be if i got a new header (dc?) and a new high flow cat (dont know what brand?) or would it be better to get a regular ex cat with new header? I dont want to have "one of those" cars that are like brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrr loud as hell.

Thanks
