Exedy clutch?

Do any of the aftermarket clutches require a flywheel from earlier civics, like 212mm from a 1.6L. I just wanna make sure becuase i seem to be reading that everywhere, but shops are telling me i don't. I am mainly refering to the exedy clutch kit, but i wouldnt mind knowing about act or clutch master either. Thanks

No, you can use the stock flywheel.

i was told that exedy makes groves in its clutch kits in order to make you use another flywheel. Dunno if it is true but that is what the guy at robear racing told me. O well i decided to get the act stage 1, stay with my stock flywheel and hopefully everything will be ok.
