Question on short shifter

For those of you that have installed a short shifter I was wanting to know if you have to take the exhaust off or can you get to it from inside the car?

No, you have to dis-assemble the engine. Yeah, that's what I heard. This one guy did it and he said it was really hard.

No, I'm just playin'. Taking the exhaust off? No. You have to take the center console out. Then you can install an adapter, or a short shifter. There is the Revo Technica short shifter. Search for keyword revo to read all the threads and see what people think. There's the Neuspeed short shifter. I don't know if this is a short shifter, or a short shift adapter. There was only one post that someone made who bought it and installed it. They mentioned cutting something? Then there's thye DC Sports and Solo Short Shift adapters. I have the Solo. It works, but again.... SEARCH! You'll find more than I can say here in this post.
