unless you plan on removing your catalytic converters or move them downstream, aftermarket header and LX dont mix.

i dont know wat kinda crazy civic's u guys are using, but i have a header. not headers... if u are gunna put a header on ur car. Match the exhaust to the side of the outlet on the header, and get a straightpipe/or highflow cat. a header wont make a difference unless ur exhaust is as big, or bigger than the outlet. Remember your exhaust is only as big as the smallest piece. So if ur cat is 1.5", u wont gain much power, likewise putting exhaust on a car with stock manifold. So do it all

The 2.0" will give u better torque, and for better around town kinda stuff, if u live about 5000 RPM, the 2.25" will give u max horsepower. but remember, the size of you exhaust means NOTHING, unless EVERYTHING IS AS BIG OR BIGGER. so get a good header, and a nice highflow cat. and make sure everything is a good size, and ull get your best results. yet going bigger than 2.25" unless heavily modified will give u SHITTY results do to lack of backpressure. a K20 N/A should run 2.5" not a d17. and 3.0" is usually for turbo'd cars. small boost can get away with 2.5"

why not lx to ex exhaust conversion? then go with dc header for carb legal plus stock cat and whatever catback you want for a 4dr

Do you have any dynos to prove this? If not then thats your opinion.
You will be lucky to get 5whp with header and a full exhaust. Save you money towards something else, or just get a muffler and weld it on if you want some sound. Either way, with exhaust or stock youll hardly notice a difference
