Where can i get a stronger head gasket for the d17?

i havent heard of anyone making an upgraded headgakset for the d17, but someone else might know a lil better....

As of right now, no one makes one for our cars yet...I blew my head gasket last year and I was looking for one after I had my head P&P and shaved down...You just have to make do with the factory one for now

get a Nippon leakless from Honda

btw.......you won't need one unless you are boosting or spraying

SCE can make a custom one for you. I had a copper one made, .082" thick with vulcanized rubber seals.

Never installed it, and sold it. Anyway it can be done.

the nippon thickness is same as stock. KMS made a head gasket for the d17. a couple of the boosted guys are running it.

out of 22,000 members, noone knows how thick our stock headgasket is? I wish I could find the service manual I lifted from the dealership....
