sweet mother lord jesus... search man. theirs A LOT intake info on these forums. theirs a lot a parts review section
short ram intake = very minimal gain. from nothing to 1hp. you lose low end power but have a chance to increase your high end power. makes nice noise overall.
popular and quality brands:
AEM
Injen
DC Sports?
K&N

1hp is because our d17 motors dont respond well to bolted on mods (i/h/e/cat/etc) compared to other motors like the b series or k series. our d17 motors are tuned to spec and i believe the performance out of it is already maxed out (idk how to rephrase it in a technically way heh).
FIRK II and typhoon.... i remember reading around here the typhoon is K&N's lower model line of products. so no review on that. but everyone loved their FIRK II K&N intakes as the heat shield that comes with it actually works.

roflmao. i got the idea where our car dont respond well to bolted stuff quite a while ago....which is the sole reason why i never mod my engine..
however........k&N fipk or typhoon is quite interesting...lol

typhoon has more technology put into it, and it dynoed more than fipk and cai. I'm gonna try it out and write a review. I've tried aem sri (garbage), and fipk (no loss, some upper rpm gain, more throttle response).
