EX headers will not fit on a DX/LX without modification. So buy a header designed for your trim level Civic.

depends on which intake you're looking at....

the injen sri will fit any 2001 civic.
there are two models of the injen cai, one for 5spd and one for auto
the aem intakes depend on whether you have the ex/hx or dx/lx

the aem intakes also differ between auto and manual transmission. injen is fairly universal as far as i know.

alot of it just has to do with where parts are located...i'm pretty sure you could get parts designed for the ex to fit a lower model. i personally wouldn't try it...but it can be done.

yes aem lists the cai as for the 5spd and the sri for the auto, but both will fit on either tranny. the reason they are listed like that is because cai's were shown to improve hp more on 5spd and the sri did the same for autos.
