I dunno I really have no idea, I have a catback and I notice a slight bit more response thats it. but all I have is the catback.. Im sure the I/H/E setup does a lot more than just a catback tho.

The cat back will give you like 2hp and the SRI will give you another tiny number. Maybe 5-6 if you have a EX, and maybe 10 if you have a dx/lx (because you would be getting rid of the cat) Save all that money and do boost or swap.

those were the same mods i was looking at getting...not now. thats a lot of money for not much of a noticable improvment.

Yeah, I spent a ton of money on Intake, header, Exhaust, and other boltons. I wish i never had because for a resonable amount more then that i put a custom turbo kit on.

my friend has a vafc installed on his 7th gen and that makes him noticably faster

whats the hp gain on a turbo kit?

i think SF kits give you 175-180 whp at the wheels at 5-6 psi
