i was thiunkin of puttin in an aem trutime cam gear . does anyone know how much horse power that will give me? is it worth puttin in?

I bought one to go with my ported head and adjust cam timing. Turns out the screws on it rub a plastic retainer in back and make noise. Then you gotta pry it out with a screwdriver to put the stock one back in. If I kept it on for more than 10 mins, it probably would have ruined my motor. You want mine? I'm ready to throw it away. But it won't do anything on a stock car anyway.

No difference in power unless you go turbo or major motor mods. Plus you need to get it on a dyno to get it right.
Waste of money if your not building your motor.
Get the pullies from AEM i have them and they give a little more power.
