Rep Power: 0 I know its funny sorry guys, I know I suck and i wouldn't mean to hurt anyones engine but we have no proof that this pulley actually breaks engines just the general fact that ones without the dampner will - I was just not bold enough to put it on but others may be bold to, I have had friends that have had other pulleys with 30,000 mile and no damage and none were like DHrs sooo

Not bad. Is the pulley a non-working pulley? If so that can be another civil case brought up against them for false advertising. There is no need of damage to be prooved since it can simply be proven by it not properly working.
Goes into contracts really. The plaintiff would have to find a good lawyer that is familier with contracts.

-They said it's perfectly balanced even though there is no harmonic dampener.
-They say it's safe, even though pullies with same design have ruined turbos, blown bearings, and even caused oil pump failure as early as 15k miles.
I can go on all day.
