I have an 03 LX and want to get a good exhaust system. It is hard to get a cat back becuase on the lx the cat is part of the exhaust manifold and the ex is further to the rear. Since I am going to be getting the kamikaze header will it get rid of the cat or not. If it does can I just get an aftermarket high flow cat and then any other cat back exhaust and bolt it straight up like on an ex or will i need to get any other parts. If i need other parts what will i need. Basically what i am trying to achieve is to have the kamikaze header, a complete cat back exhaust and have a high flow cat on the car.

then get exactly what you last stated. Get a Kamikaze header, tanabe extension pipe, high fow cat (have to have a shop weld ir on) and an ex cat back exhaust.
