apexi world sport I is also a low sound n nice. not loud
rsr* mag exhaust is real quiet.
if u dont care about performance, hks rear section?
if ur on a low budget, dont get those ebay "apexi" "greddy" or "fireball" style universal mufflers cuz those things are loud.

I have a lot of friends with 7thgen civics. So you must imagine they have all types of different exahust systems.
I personally wanted a good sounding exhaust with a quiet interior sound. I got the GReddy Evo full cat-back. Compared to all my friends (with full cats of course), the Evo is the quietest throughout the RPM band.
Some exhaust systems I have compared to my Evo are the HKS Hi-power, Apexi N1, Skunk, DC TCS, and obx just to name a few.
I believe the DC TCS is actually queiter than the EVO, but the GReddy has a deeper sound. I'm really happy with my GReddy Evo full cat, and I'm always getting comments on how good it sounds. On the highway at higher speeds almost all full cat-back systems will be loud, so just think about that. The quietest exhaust system is the stock exhaust system.
BTW, if you add a CAI or even a SRI, you will sacrifice how quiet it sounds inside the cabin of your car.
Hope this helps.
