Where to set an AEM Cam Gear at?

Whats up! I just got an AEM adjustable Cam Gear for my 2001 civic ex, and I wanted to know where to advance or retard it to for the best results.

i think ive heard some people talking about advancing there cam gear 2 degrees. but search around i think theres alot of topics on this. hope i helped
