Question K&N drop in

I know this is a noob question but i searched and came up with nothing.

If i install a K&N drop in filter will it make my car louder? everything is stock.

ususally the car get a lil bit louder at high rpms..i never heard the sound of a K&N drop in filter in our cars...but im pretty sure u can notice sllight diff. K&N allows more air to flow into ur engine ..a lil bit HP and sound

No difference. Just that you can clean it when dirty.

^^ Exactly. No difference in sound. But I did notice a little better gas mileage.

stock air box actually creates a lot of torque....if you plan to upgrade get the K & N FIPK II
it is proved to be the best for our cars...search on it..ton s of threads.
