Why doesn't the FIPK fit the '03?
K&N doesn't show this fitting the '03 Civic but it's ok for 01' and 02. They are constantly updating their new parts list but nada for the '03.
Did Honda make some changes in '03 that K&N hasn't adapted too? I've tried a search but I can't seem to find out what the change is or what type of mod will be needed to make it fit.
Any help is always appreciated!
