Ok this sounds like an awesome product (everyone who's installed it said it's awesome) with crappy support. A couple of us have emailed them now with no results. Bad service makes me not want to buy it, at least not from them. If I get one it will be from someone here.

It would have been cool if they replied to our emails and totally hooked us up with a group buy.

Man I'd buy it except I don't trust them at all. CDMX, do you have other pulleys as well?

I sent it to their RVM power website. Forgot which address.

It's a shame. They're digging their own grave when they're too lazy to answer potential customers.
