NickDaMans02Civic is an unknown quantity at this point
I looked at moving to vegas from Phoenix back in 2001 but I never did it. The casinos pay well but I never heard anything back from them on interviews. Besides the extreme heat there and being aways from anywhere else its a nice place. I was looking at a place there with a garage for like 800 at that time since I wouldn't dare have my civic out in the open lot of a complex. So if thats your civic in the signature it will attract some attention but there are plenty of nice cars there so shouldn't have a problem outside of where you live.

Yeah when I lived in Phoenix I had way more issues then my buddies had in vegas but it all depends on where you live I always heard west of the strip wasn't that great but don't know how it is now a days.

You'll get a whole lot more then a Studio for 800 a month....

the south side of town is nice, South of the 215 that is.

Theres a lot of new developents in the south west side of town, allong with several Cheep condo developments for under 150,000. the Housing boom has kind of leveled off for now, so prices are much more stable. However, a lot of Appartment complexies are converting over to condos.. so appartments are becoming harder to find.

PM nookiemonster, hes a Realtor out here.
