You're in Ireland? Cool.
Several years ago I did a swap with an Integra engine into a Civic, about a 93ish car.
I remember some of it:
what else is needed?
Shifter and all of its parts?
Radiator and hoses. The B18 probably uses larger hoses, and larger fittings on the radiator.
Heater hoses will likely need to be made up as the originals may not fit.
I'm pretty sure the exhaust will be different sizes so get at least front and middle pipes with all the flex joints, this will be handy when you have to get pipes custom made.
You may want to keep the entire car that your drivetrain is coming from, just in case you need to get more parts you didn't think of! Get rid of it only after your swap is running and driving!
On the one I did, the person that located the engine/trans to swap, also found us some axles to go with it. We kept the Civic hubs that were on the car. I have no idea what car the axles were actually for.
a list of tools required?
Wiring diagrams might be handy later.
I was able to use the Civic wire harness on my swap, but had to open it up to relocate several of the connectors.
Had to run one extra wire for the knock sensor.
Re: b18c
Did you change the whole axel? I was just going to change the hubs if it was possible would you know?..Would you know of anywhere on the web I could get one of those wiring diagrams?.. Thanks for all your help ezone much appreciated

Re: b18c
On the one I did, yes.
I can't answer that question.
I suppose you'll have to measure and try it yourself.
It's hard enough to find those on the web for North American cars, let alone cars in your area of the planet.
I'd say to check your local Honda dealer first, as that would most likely be the most accurate source possible.
Next might be friendly local shops,
Many libraries here have access to online repair information that members can use. Others may have actual manuals on paper.
Someone has posted links to online manuals for 7th gen cars on this forum, but I don't know for certain about any others.

Oh, I remembered more stuff you may need: Engine and transmission mounts for the swap might be needed. Hasport supplied the mounts for the swap I did.
And the AC compressor didn't fit anymore, but the owner didn't care about that.
There are other threads about swaps here too. Search?
