hey guys this is my first post on the forum and im undecided as to which path i should go with the new b18. I bought a 91 hatch with the b18b1 swapped in. vtec is currently disabled, due to being p28 chipped and tuned. Ive been doing some reading and it looks like unless i go vtec or bolt on turbo i wont make any real gains with the motor as it is right now. Im looking to make some nice but reasonable hp gains. Personally i would like to keep it n/a for the time being so my question is, will it be worth modding without vtec? if i chose to enable vtec would i have to get the computer chipped or buy a whole new computer? im a newbie when it comes to electronics. Any ideas or thoughts?
