Hey guys, first off my name is Brian and im 27 from Easton PA... Anyway I have a 1995 Civic DX. I just had an engine swap yesterday and it is a 1996 JDM D15B Non vtech motor. I can not for the life of me find out what the Engine power is for this motor. It is a bit faster then my old engine. I am positive this is a non vtec. I also own a 400 whp Mazdaspeed3 with a Gt3076 turbo.
anyway my ?'s are...
1. What is my engine power output?
2. What is the tq spec for the Valve cover Bolts?
3. With my Old engine and new engine my Idle bounces up and down and its pissing me off cause i don't know why. Is it a sensor on the IM?
4. How do i replace the bulbs behind my temperature control buttons?
5. Is anyone selling any headers for cheap?

2. Probably somewhere around 84-106 in/lbs. Get a haynes manual, most all D series are the same.
3. It could be a number of things. Does it stop once the car is fully warmed up? It could be a vacuum leak.
4. Haynes manual
5. Ebay, craigslist, etc etc. We also don't know what you consider cheap. BTW, you only have one header.

It could be a vacuum leak if it bounces like that until warm, or your IAC could be dirty and might only need to be cleaned, or the IAC could have taken a ****, or came unplugged.
Where the injectors go into the IM is a common place for vacuum leaks. Start the car, let it warm up so the idle is "normal", then put your fingers around the cushion rings where the injectors meet the IM. You'll hear a rushing wind/air noise if there is a leak there. Also, check around all the connections of your intake system (Intake pipe to TB, TB to IM, etc etc)
You could also get soapy water and spray it and hope you see bubbles.
