oil in cyniders & intake mani

oil in cyniders & intake mani
the car is a 1994 honda civic with a jdm d15b or 8lbs of boost
there is no oil in the charge pipes
there IS oil in the intake mani and combustion chambers
the compression is 200 across all cylinders
oili not over filled
this all of the sudden just happened
what is my problem here???

Leak it down. It could be the ringlands.
Is it smoking?
If you have oil in the intake mani, you may still want to check the turbo for leaky seals.... boost can blow oil around and it sometimes can puddle up. If the car has a PCV system check and make sure that its not connected in such a way that the crankcase pressurizes under boost, otherwise you may just be blowing a ton of crank case junk into the motor.
