Cost of transmission change?

I drive a 94 ex coupe with an auto tranny...i plan on doing a whole engine swap and want to convert to a manual transmission. How much would a decent transmission setup cost do you guys think? i plan on swapping to a b16 or 18 motor...

help pleasee
