First car want to start but don’t know where
I have a 1995 sedan and want to get to work but am having trouble getting started any suggestions on where I can start or future modifications I have never done anything like this before but I am eager to learn

Do you want looks? Performance? Happy mix? You just want it to be a fun ride?
or.. if you have specific goals like, "I want 450whp naturally aspirated on a D16 and money is of no concern" (yes, that is an absurd goal, and if you said that line exactly, you'd prolly get told to swap then aim for the stars)

suspension mods are the best bang for the buck
but don't cheap out. also, FWD cars are understeer, tune to neutral instead.
